Attunella was built around a single promise: your data stays yours. This page exists so we can prove it, not just claim it.
We collect what we need to ship your ring and write to you on launch milestones. Nothing else.
What we collect
Your email address (so we can write to you on launch day)
Your zodiac choice, if you selected one (so we know which ring to engrave)
A salted, truncated hash of your IP address (used once, only to throttle abuse — never stored as a raw IP and never linked to your email in our admin view)
Your browser user-agent string (so we can debug if a form breaks on a particular device)
What we do not collect
No cookies. Not for tracking, not for analytics, not for ads.
No third-party analytics. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or any cross-site tracker.
No social login. We don't read your Facebook, Google, or Apple account profile.
No behavioral profile. We don't know what pages you visited, how long you scrolled, or what you clicked.
Where your data lives
Cloudflare (USA) — hosts this site and stores your email in encrypted key-value storage.
Resend (USA) — sends you our welcome and launch emails. They see your email address solely to deliver mail.
Your phone — when the app launches, your guardian's daily readings, mood, and history stay on your device. We never see them.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on our list until you ask us to remove it, or until two years after our last successful launch communication — whichever comes first.
Send you a copy of every record we hold about you (within 7 days)
Delete your email and everything associated, permanently
Stop sending you all email — or send only critical launch updates, your call
If you're in the EU/UK/California, the above is your right under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA. If you're somewhere else, it's still your right because we said so.
Children
Attunella is not directed at people under 13. If you are under 13, please don't enter your email — we'll delete it the moment we discover it.
Changes to this page
If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update this page and email everyone on our list. We won't hide changes in a "we updated our policy" line.
One promise we're keeping forever
We will never sell, rent, license, or trade your email or any data we collect. The day we do is the day we stop being Attunella.
